After the sale, we stay.
An analyzer is only useful while it runs. Our Lucknow office handles service calls and reagent supply for the machines we sell.
What we do after installation
When we supply an analyzer, we register the installation. When you call us later, we already know your machine.
If the analyzer shows an error or the results look wrong, call or WhatsApp us. Tell us the model and what you see. We arrange the support you need.
We also supply the reagents and consumables for the machines we sell, so you order from the same people who know your analyzer.
